HR Coordinator
Location: Dallas area (REMOTE, but must be in the Dallas area)
Compensation: $40K-$50K

Position SummaryWe re seeking a HR Coordinator to support our U.S. operations with responsibilities spanning HR operations, payroll, benefits, and talent acquisition
. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and wants to grow into a well-rounded HR professional. You ll ensure compliance across U.S. and Canada while driving a positive employee experience and supporting organizational growth.
- Administer ADP payroll for U.S. and Canada, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate benefits administration including enrollments, changes, and invoices
- Manage onboarding/offboarding
, HR documentation, and HRIS data integrity - Support full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer acceptance
- Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries and relations
- Assist with engagement programs, performance cycles, and compliance initiatives
- Prepare HR reports and contribute to continuous process improvements
- Bachelor s degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 2–4 years HR experience, including ADP payroll and benefits
- Exposure to Canadian HR/payroll preferred
- Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management
- Proficiency in HRIS/ATS and Microsoft Excel
- Master s Degree
- Multi-state payroll experience
- Familiarity with FMLA, COBRA, ACA
- Experience in high-growth or consulting environments
