What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to management on employee relations and performance issues
  • Deliver clear, constructive feedback and manage disciplinary or corrective actions
  • Foster a positive, collaborative work environment through communication, recognition, and company events that promote engagement and retention
Payroll & Benefits Administration
  • Manage bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll, payroll taxes, and 401(k) contributions
  • Oversee annual W-2 preparation and filing
  • Administer benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, STD/LTD, and workers’ comp
  • Support employees in navigating healthcare and ancillary benefits
  • Review and reconcile monthly benefit invoices
Compliance & Policy Management
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable labor laws and employment regulations
  • Manage Affirmative Action and other reporting requirements
  • Administer disability, workers’ compensation, and unemployment claims
  • Develop, update, and communicate company policies and procedures
  • Plan and coordinate team-building and company-wide events
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to continuously improve HR processes and employee experience
  • Exceptional multi-tasking and system navigation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and process ownership
  • Ability to streamline manual workflows and improve system efficiency
  • Flexible, dependable, and proactive — someone who takes initiative and keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes
  • Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
