- Deliver a full spectrum of People support, both strategic and tactical, including policy implementation, data analysis, compensation practices, labor and employee relations, performance management, and career development.
- Provide layered leadership, guidance, and support to our People functions, ensuring consistency and compliance with People policies and practices.
- Help develop and enhance People processes, procedures, and systems ensuring compliance with local, state and federal laws and regulations.
- Execute initiatives and programs to attract, retain and motivate a high‑performing workforce.
- Implement effective People metrics and analytics to measure the impact and success of People initiatives and inform decision‑making.
- Provide guidance and support in employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of People policies while adhering to HR laws, regulations and best practices to mitigate related risk.
- Foster employee engagement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, motivation and retention.
- Conduct periodic audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (required).
- Master’s degree (preferred).
- 10 years of extensive experience in HR leadership, preferably in a global, fast‑paced, entrepreneurial, and dynamic environment.
- Proven ability to lead independently and develop high‑performing HR teams across different regions.
- Ability to coach, mentor and advise where appropriate to help managers and employees grow and develop in alignment with business and personal goals.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills to collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage HR data and metrics for insights and decision‑making.
- Demonstrated experience in performance management and employee relations.
- Proficiency in HR systems (preferably ADP) and tools for data management and reporting.
- Strong project management and Excel skills.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally as needed.
- Ability to work in the Dallas office (this is not a remote role).
