We are seeking a detail‑minded, data‑driven Benefits Analyst to help optimize and support our health and welfare programs for thousands of employees. In this role, you will combine benefits expertise, analytical skills, and operational precision to ensure our plans run smoothly, remain compliant, and continuously improve. You’ll play a key part in enhancing the employee experience while supporting major benefits initiatives across the organization.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Support day‑to‑day operations for medical, dental, vision, life, supplemental, and wellness programs.
- Contribute to annual open enrollment, plan renewals, and employee communications to ensure a seamless experience.
- Analyze benefits data and create meaningful dashboards and reports for HR, Finance, and leadership.
- Track vendor performance and service metrics to improve outcomes and hold partners accountable.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, COBRA, and applicable state/federal regulations.
- Assist with audits, filings, and updates to plan documents (SPDs, plan amendments, summary materials).
- Maintain and enhance internal processes, SOPs, and benefits documentation.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve data accuracy, and elevate employee satisfaction.
- Respond to employee inquiries with accuracy, empathy, and a focus on resolving issues efficiently.
- Partner with HRIS, Payroll, and vendors to ensure clean data, seamless integrations, and operational excellence.
- Support cross‑functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the H&W benefits space.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in employee benefits, HR operations, or HR analytics.
- Strong understanding of health & welfare plans and regulatory requirements.
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with HRIS and benefits administration systems.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
- Curiosity, initiative, and a commitment to improving processes and the employee experience.
