Lead Cook, Banquet Kitchen - Hilton Anatole

Overview

The Hilton Anatole is looking for a Lead Banquet Cook to join their talented Banquet Team. Located at Hilton Anatole, 2201 North Stemmons Freeway, Dallas 75207, this landmark luxury hotel offers expansive event spaces and a vibrant culinary scene. The role is intended for a motivated culinary leader ready to advance in hospitality, with a minimum of 1 year experience in a lead or supervisor role, preferably in hotel banquet operations.

The candidate should be able to work independently, communicate effectively with the chef team and banquet staff, stay organized under pressure, and bring a positive, solutions‑focused mindset to every event.

• Support daily banquet operations to ensure events run smoothly and efficiently.
• Prepare food items according to designated recipes and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with the chef team to coordinate meal timing, menu details, and special requests.
• Assist with training, coaching, and supporting team members as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards at all times.
• Manage guest orders in a friendly, timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure knowledge of menu and all food products.
• Stock and maintain designated food station(s).
• Visually inspect all food sent from the kitchen.
• Practice correct food handling and food storage procedures according to federal, state, local and company regulations.
• Prepare requisitions for supplies and food items, as needed.
