Banquet Server at AT&T Stadium

The Banquet Server plays a key role in delivering exceptional food and beverage service to our catering guests. This position requires a detail-oriented, guest-focused professional who ensures each event is executed seamlessly, creating memorable experiences for every client.

• Prepare banquet spaces by setting tables, linens, and service ware according to event specifications.
• Transport and set up necessary equipment, food, and beverages in designated event areas.
• Present and serve food and beverages in a professional, courteous, and timely manner, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
• Monitor assigned tables, promptly removing used items and maintaining a clean and orderly dining environment.
• Safely return equipment, linens, and unused beverages to appropriate storage locations.
• Support catering operations by performing side work, restocking supplies, and general cleaning duties to maintain health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with catering supervisors and teammates to ensure smooth service flow and event success.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Prior banquet or catering service experience preferred but not required.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards, etiquette, and guest relations.
• Strong communication skills; ability to read, speak, and write in English.
• Ability to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Physically able to lift and carry 10–30 lbs. regularly, and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Must be able to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods of time.
• Team-oriented with a strong focus on delivering excellent guest service.
