The Purchasing Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Purchasing Director with the inventory, receiving, and distribution of all deliveries to the hotel. Duties also include electronic record maintenance with receiving, invoices, guest packages, purchasing logs, as well as completing other Finance tasks as assigned by the Purchasing Director or Director of Finance. This colleague must be able to lift a moderate to heavy weight, have good communication skills, and be familiar with the Microsoft portfolio of office software.

• Can lift and move items up to 50 lbs.
• Manage daily receiving of products, shipments, and log Guest & In-House packages with timeliness and accuracy.
• Fulfill requisitions and inventory accuracy daily.
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Good PC skills including the Microsoft Office portfolio (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ensure SOP compliance with receiving and purchasing processes.
• Schedule is typically Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm
