We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Housekeeper at Aloft/Element Lovefield in Dallas, Texas. This is a full-time, hourly position in the hospitality/restaurant industry. The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for our guests.

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and ensuring all amenities are stocked
• Restock linens and towels as needed
• Clean and maintain common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and public restrooms
• Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines to provide consistent, high‑quality service
• Report any maintenance issues or room deficiencies to management
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, responding to any requests in a timely manner
• Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for guests
• Assist with laundry and other housekeeping tasks as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in housekeeping or janitorial services preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to established cleaning procedures
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize tasks
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings, as needed
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
