About the Role
:
As the Events Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and enhancing our events program. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from identifying potential clients to closing deals and ensuring seamless event execution. Your strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail will help create memorable experiences for our clients and their guests.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and target new business opportunities to increase sales for our events program.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including corporate clients, event planners, and community organizations.
Client Management
  • Conduct site visits and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our event spaces and services.
  • Collaborate with clients to design customized event packages that meet their specific needs and budget.
Pricing and Contracts
  • Assist in finalizing pricing structures for space rentals, catering, and additional services.
  • Prepare and deliver contracts to clients, ensuring all terms are clearly outlined and understood.
  • Work closely with the Events Coordinator and marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging and branding for all events.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure successful event execution, including catering, facilities, and logistics.
Reporting and Analysis
  • Track and report on sales metrics and client feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Utilize Triple Seat for sales tracking and management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, event planning, or hospitality (1-3 years is ideal).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software (experience with Triple Seat is a plus).
Required Skills
