As a bartender you play an integral role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience, by providing service in a friendly and efficient manner. Bartenders are expected to be attentive to our guests’ needs, making them feel welcome, comfortable, important, and relaxed. This role is responsible for selling and serving food & beverages using your knowledge, hospitality, and service skills.
The individual must be pleasant, conscientious, and professional with excellent knowledge of food & alcoholic beverage selections.
Te Deseo is currently seeking top talent to join our growing team. We spent months traveling to Latin America, perfecting our wood‑fire cooking techniques, creating our own signature blend of reposado tequila, and even learning how to salsa dance. Te Deseo is our largest concept to date at 14,000 square feet with two levels, four bars, and seven unique dining rooms.
