Job Description

As a Housekeeper, you are the heart of the hotel with a passion for great service. You will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms daily in accordance with hotel procedures, deep cleaning activities, and preventative maintenance tasks to ensure our guests have a memorable experience.

• Sanitation and Cleanliness: Ensurethehighestlevelsofsanitationandcleanlinessinguest roomsandequipment. Spruce up lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Make sure everything shines, from carpets to furniture. Stock and organize housekeeping carts, ensuring efficiency and readiness. Replace bed linens and restock guest room supplies. Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed, including changing AC filters and touching up paint.
• Guest Service & Communication: Be quick to respond to guest requests and deliver items with a friendly attitude. Exhibit great customer service skills.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure guest and hotel property is respected and safe. Safeguard sensitive areas. Practicesafeworkhabitstoavoidpossibleinjuries.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.

Located in the Market Center area of Dallas, 3 miles northwest of downtown, this 11-story Sheraton Suites is across from the Dallas World Trade Center. Sheraton Suites Market Center offers 4,000 square feet of meeting space for groups of up to 180. Located in the lobby, Sheraton offers workstations with complimentary WiFi.
