About Us
The House Attendant keeps public areas sparkling, helps guests with a smile, sets up fun events, and supports the housekeeping team. This role needs detail-oriented folks who can handle physical tasks and provide top-notch service.
Key Skills / Responsibilities- Sanitation and Cleanliness
:
Ensure the highest levels of sanitation and cleanliness in all facilities and equipment. Spruce up lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Make sure everything shines, from carpets to furniture. - Guest Service & Communication
:
Be quick to respond to guest requests and deliver items with a friendly attitude. Exhibit great customer service skills. - Teamwork
:
Assist with setting up meeting rooms and events. - Safety and Compliance
:
Safeguard sensitive areas and handle lost‑and‑found items. Practice a few work habits to avoid possible injuries.
- High school diploma or equivalent, and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
- Must have a valid driver license for the applicable State and an acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving record).
- Must work well in stressful, high pressure situations.
