FIFA Concierge
Island Hospitality Management is seeking a highly motivated FIFA Concierge to enhance the guest experience for FIFA match attendees at Courtyard Dallas Downtown.
DescriptionThe primary role will provide expert knowledge of local attractions, dining, entertainment, transportation, and FIFA match details. When not actively supporting FIFA‑related inquiries, the concierge will assist other hotel departments (housekeeping, F&B, front desk, and others) to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for guests seeking information about FIFA matches, AT&T Stadium, and related events.
- Provide recommendations for restaurants, nightlife, cultural attractions, and transportation options in Dallas.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of FIFA schedules, ticketing, and stadium logistics.
- Distribute informational materials and assist guests with directions and planning.
- Collaborate with hotel teams to support operations during non‑peak FIFA times (e.g., front desk, guest services, events).
- Ensure a high level of hospitality and personalized service for all guests.
- Strong knowledge of Dallas area attractions, dining, and transportation options.
- Familiarity with FIFA events and AT&T Stadium preferred; training will be provided.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing guest needs.
- Previous experience in hospitality, concierge services, or customer service.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate FIFA match days and hotel needs.
Employees are regularly required to stand, sit or walk for extended periods of time. The number of hours will vary based on guest occupancy, season, staffing, and other factors. Island Hospitality cannot guarantee a specific number of work hours per week.
