• Manage and supervise the concierge team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure the delivery of outstanding customer service to all guests and residents.
• Coordinate and facilitate guest requests such as transportation, reservations, event planning, and local recommendations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local vendors, businesses, and service providers.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, services provided, and team performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Implement concierge policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service.

• Proven experience in a concierge or guest services role, preferably in a managerial capacity.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of the Dallas area and local attractions is highly desirable.
• Proficient with computer systems and reservation software.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or related field is a plus.
