Works under supervision of Department Director to provide essential leadership to department team members while managing operational workflow to deliver the highest quality service and results to our patients, visitors, and customers.

- Education:
High School Diploma or GED - Experience:
2 years of experience in Environmental Services Leadership within Healthcare Industry
- Education:
Bachelor's Degree
- Manage and coordinate daily operations of department throughout the facility by monitoring daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly data and trends; communicating results and possible solutions to leadership.
- Maintains internal and external customer satisfaction by rounding on/with patients, department managers and customers.
- Analyze and plan schedules and programs ensuring the best use of equipment and resources available to attain and maintain the highest level of quality service is delivered.
- Tours facility regularly providing leadership, training, support and guidance to ensure that quality standards and service expectations are met and to determine that best practices are followed.
- Recommends and implements strategic plans or LEAN process improvements to maintain operational or quality improvements.
- Provide input to Director with regard to budgetary goals, expenditures and cost savings initiatives; aide in preparing budgetary recommendations.
- Manages various personnel functions, including but not limited to:
Hiring, promoting, and maintaining accurate records of team members' performance, training and schedules. - Promotes growth and development of employees by participating and/or assisting with development of new and refresh training programs.
- Maintains knowledge of current trends and developments in the field in an effort to enhance expertise and quality of services provided through continuous improvement.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
