The Role - Remote in Dallas-Fort Worth Area
As a Strategic Account Clinical Trainer
, you will play a critical role in driving product adoption, procedural consistency, and clinical confidence across IMDS’s U.S. footprint.
This is not a traditional sales support role
.
It’s an opportunity to help define how complex PCI is performed — by bringing composure, technical excellence, and real cath lab credibility into every case you support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide in-lab case support and procedural guidance for IMDS technologies in CTO, bifurcation, and complex PCI
- Partner closely with Regional Account Executives to execute strategic account plans
- Serve as the primary clinical resource for ~30–40 strategic hospitals in South/Southwest U.S.
- Deliver peer-to-peer education for physicians, fellows, and cath lab staff
- Lead in-service trainings, workshops, and advisory programs
- Identify workflow optimization opportunities and provide feedback to Marketing and R&D
- Support post-market clinical follow-up (PMCF) and internal performance monitoring
- Maintain strong working knowledge of competitive devices and techniques
- Represent IMDS with professionalism, integrity, and clinical excellence
- Minimum 2 years of interventional cardiology clinical experience
- Prior cath lab experience as an RN or Cardiovascular Technologist (RT/CVT) required
- Strong understanding of complex PCI
, including CTO and bifurcation techniques - Experience in case support, clinical training, or education roles
- Team-oriented, collaborative mindset
- Comfortable in a fast-growing, evolving organization
- Willingness to travel 50–70%
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a clinical field required
