Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavioral Technician
Clinic-based, paid training provided.
Behavioral Innovations – Dallas, Lake Highlands Treatment Center.
Make a difference and build a career by providing clinic‑based ABA therapy to children with autism.
Responsibilities- Provide 1:1, center‑based ABA therapy to children ages 18 months to 10 years.
- Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
- Collect and record behavioral data.
- Support skill development, communication, and social interaction.
- Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration.
- Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment.
- Entry Level: $15.00/hr
- RBT I–V: $16.00–$20.00/hr
- Senior RBT: $21.00/hr
Future BCBA Career Path: ABA Intern → Lead RBT → ABA Apprentice → BCBA → Clinical Leadership.
Required Qualifications- High school diploma or GED.
- Reliable transportation to the clinic.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days (if not certified).
- Active RBT certification.
- Experience with children, autism, or developmental disabilities.
- Background in childcare, education, behavioral health, or related fields.
- Paid training & RBT certification support.
