Our teams of compassionate pediatric experts help children with medically complex, developmental, behavioral, educational, or other needs learn the skills they need to thrive. We offer physical, occupational, speech-language and feeding therapy, as well as augmentative and alternative communication.

We’re seeking a passionate and skilled Pediatric PT to provide in-clinic therapy, helping children improve mobility, strength, coordination, and overall functional skills. Work in a supportive, team-based environment with a brand-new pediatric therapy gym fully equipped for developmental and functional exercises
, giving you the tools to deliver the best care possible.

• Morning/Day Shift: 8 AM – 5 PM

• After-School Shift: 11 AM – 7 PM

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support each child’s physical, motor, cognitive, and functional development

• Provide direct therapy services in the clinic, using the new pediatric therapy gym to promote skill development and functional progress

• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to achieve meaningful outcomes

• Recommend adaptive equipment or assistive devices and train families on proper use in daily routines

• Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed documentation, including evaluations, daily notes, and progress reports

• Collaborate closely with parents and caregivers to reinforce therapy goals

• Work as part of an interdisciplinary clinic team to provide coordinated, holistic care

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy

• One year’s experience preferred

• State licensure in physical therapy

• Excellent communication skills with an ability to establish trust and rapport quickly

• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality in everything you do
