To succeed as a Memory Care and Operations Coordinator, you will need a specific set of skills and experiences that align with our commitment to excellence and innovation in memory care. A PAC Certified Independent Trainer or PAC Certified Coach designation is essential, providing a foundation for training and coaching community teams in the Positive Approach to Care® principles. Your background should include 2-3+ years of direct experience working with individuals living with dementia in senior living, long-term care, or related environments.

Strong leadership skills are crucial for mentoring and supporting community teams.

An ability to analyze key community metrics, such as incidents and engagement, while effectively communicating insights to leadership will be vital in driving operational improvements. You should exhibit strong follow-through and clear communication, coupled with a comfort level in using basic data and technology, including Microsoft Office and online training platforms.
