• Ongoing, consistent hours

• Option to pick up additional shifts with other clients if desired

We’re looking for a patient, compassionate caregiver with dementia experience to support a client in her home in Dallas (75225). This is a long-term assignment
, and consistency is very important for the client’s comfort and sense of security.

The client is not physically combative or aggressive
, but she may experience confusion and occasionally forget familiar faces. We’re seeking someone who understands dementia and can respond with calm reassurance, kindness, and confidence.

This role focuses on dementia-aware personal care and supervision
, including:

• Assistance with basic Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

• Gentle reminders, redirection, and reassurance

• Companionship and engagement

• Ensuring safety in the home

• Light meal preparation and care-related housekeeping

• Caregivers with hands-on dementia or memory-care experience

• Someone calm, patient, and emotionally steady

• A caregiver who values routine and long-term consistency

• Someone who can commit to this schedule ongoing

• Predictable weekday hours

• One-on-one, in-home care

• Supportive office team

• Opportunity to pick up additional shifts if you want more hours

• Dementia care experience (required)

• Reliable transportation

• Dependability and strong communication

• Ability to pass background checks and onboarding requirements

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
