This is a level one (entry level) position

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION Required
  • Education Bachelor’s Degree with training in a healthcare profession required
  • Experience 2 years clinical experience, Ambulatory preferred; 1 year experience utilizing EPIC EMR
  • Licenses and Certifications Successful completion of Epic Care Ambulatory Proficiency required within 90 Days
Preferred
  • Education Bachelor's Degree - BSN
JOB DUTIES
  • Participate in detailed workflow analysis of current state clinical and business operations with supervision.
  • Learn to identify gaps between current and best practice workflows and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist clinic leadership with identifying areas of opportunity and implementing new processes / modifications to existing processes.
  • Work with clinical technology team to understand the application requirements and customer needs to effectively integrate workflow and patient care processes.
  • Support for Upgrades and clinical workflow processes.
  • Be an active participant in assigned projects by meeting deadlines, attending meetings, and providing relevant feedback to meet the needs of the project.
  • Develop and maintain competency on pertinent applications and technologies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
