We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Implementation Manager to lead the onboarding of clients to our integrated Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Practice Management (PM) solutions. This is a client-facing project management role that requires a blend of healthcare domain knowledge, software implementation skills, and interpersonal finesse.
You’ll serve as the primary liaison between Practice EHR and our clients during the implementation lifecycle—from kickoff to go-live—ensuring a smooth, timely, and successful transition to our system. Knowledge of medical billing workflows and a strong understanding of EHR functionality is essential.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end implementation of EHR and PM systems for healthcare providers.
- Develop project timelines, milestones, and deliverables in coordination with internal teams and clients.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements, practice workflows, and billing needs.
- Train clients on EHR and PM system features and ensure successful data migration and system configuration.
- Monitor project health, identify risks, and proactively resolve implementation challenges.
- Collaborate with product, support, and billing teams to ensure a cohesive onboarding experience.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring their operational readiness and long-term satisfaction.
- 2+ years of experience in software implementation, account management, or project management, ideally in healthcare or health IT.
- Working knowledge of medical billing processes and healthcare workflows.
- Solid understanding of EHR and PM systems (experience with Practice EHR is a plus).
- Exceptional communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient data privacy best practices.
- Experience working with small-to-medium medical practices.
- Technical aptitude or comfort with SaaS platforms.
- Certification in project management (PMP, CAPM, or similar) is a bonus.
- Join a rapidly growing health tech company transforming how providers manage patient care.
- Collaborate with a passionate and mission-driven team.
- Competitive salary and benefits package.
- Opportunities for growth and leadership within the implementation and client success teams.
