We’re seeking an Assistant Manager, Patient AR to join our growing team.

Oversee the daily flow of contracts from our clinic teams into our patient management system, Cloud
9.The Assistant Manager will manage the contract inbox,set team members’ pace and be the point of contact for any questions or escalations .

How you’ll make us better:
  • Support and overlook team’s work to adhere to policies for patient account management. Observe deficiencies and train accordingly.
  • Ensuressignedcontracts and redacted autopay are scanned into the patient’s documents, along with signed consent for treatment and new and/ or updated patient forms are available in the patient’s chart in a timely manner
  • Audit patient documents and communicate with teams in the field regarding updates
  • Organize the assignment of clinics and completion of tasks for quality account management by each patient specialist.
  • Confirms Responsible Party and/or Subscriber demographics are complete and appropriate treatment type is selected
  • Support team members to ensure appropriate codes are posted to the ledger regarding appliances and/ or treatment add-ons according to policies and established procedures.
  • Lists any exceptions on thecontractauditreview and maintains any identified as “kickbacks” with documented follow-up.

  • Assist with developing and/or improving patient revenue procedures and protocols.
  • Keep team focused daily on excellent customer service and financial responsibility for organizational goals.
  • Offshore and outsource t eam management (monitoring accounts on Issue Log, holding weekly team calls to discuss Issue Log and assist with team support, etc.)
  • Skilled in prioritization, time management, team organizationwithhigh attention todetail to delegated procedures with audited outcomes
  • Ability to handle escalations for patient collections with advanced HIPAA protocols.
  • Ability to build rapport and relationships by interacting effectively withteam member sand external vendors
Prerequisites for success:
  • High School Degree required
  • Four (4) yearsofexperience related to patient collections, financial planning collections, or call center
  • One (1) year of lead role experience over a functional team
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (specifically SharePoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word)
  • Intermediate knowledge of outbound/inbound phone systems with attention to phone tree and call allocation methodology .
