Staff Pharmacist (On-Site) – Dallas, TX

Immediate Openings | Multiple Positions | Full-Time | 2nd & 3rd Shift

LINK Staffing is partnering with a rapidly expanding pharmacy operation in Dallas, TX and is hiring multiple full-time Staff Pharmacists and Sterile Pharmacists due to continued growth.

This is an on-site opportunity within a professional, fast-paced pharmacy environment offering stability, consistent scheduling, and long-term career growth in both traditional and sterile pharmacy operations.

2nd Shift

• Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Starting salary: $140,000+

3rd Shift

• Sunday–Thursday | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Shift-based compensation discussed during interview

• Support daily pharmacy operations (staff and/or sterile, based on experience)
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal pharmacy regulations
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop medication plans
• Perform patient assessments and medication administration
• Support sterile compounding oversight when applicable
• Provide immunizations and other pharmacy services as required
• Oversee pharmacy technicians and support staff

• Pharmacy degree from an accredited pharmacy program
• Active state pharmacist license in good standing
• Ability to perform patient assessments and medication administration
• Strong understanding of anatomy related to pharmaceutical practice
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced,
  on-site environment
