Licensed Massage Therapist (FT/PT) – The NOW Massage | $35–$65/hr + Bonus

• Earn $35–$65+ per hour, including 100% of tips.
• Consistent clientele and a supportive team environment.
• No selling, no on-call shifts, and all supplies provided.

• Provide therapeutic massage services including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Sports, and Stretching Techniques.
• Maintain a clean and tranquil treatment space.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and support overall wellness.
• Collaborate with a team that values passion, presence, and professionalism.

• Current Texas Massage Therapy License (must bring to interview).
• Proficient in Swedish and Deep Tissue; other modalities a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, positive, and professional demeanor.
• Willingness to work at least one evening and one weekend shift (Sat or Sun).

• Stand, bend, stretch, and move for up to 6 hours per shift.
• Perform repetitive movements and lift/move room supplies as needed.
• Manual dexterity to perform massage techniques and use equipment.
