Seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide concierge-style consults for employees at partner worksites through virtual visits and quarterly on-site travel. This role focuses on early intervention, first-aid–level evaluations, and clinical triage rather than traditional ongoing patient care. Ideal for a PT who values autonomy, flexibility, relationship-building, and variety. Hybrid schedule with 25–33% travel, competitive salary, bonus potential, and full benefits.
Job Requirements- State licensure as a Physical Therapist
- 3 years of experience required, OCS or Occupational Health experience preferred.
