Seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide skilled pediatric speech therapy in home and community settings.
Responsibilities- Conduct evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans to help children achieve their goals.
- Educate and support families, encouraging active involvement in care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.
- Maintain clear, timely documentation.
Must hold relevant licensure, CCC from ASHA, and a valid driver’s license. New graduates are welcome, with training provided.
