Enterhealth is a nationally recognized leader in addiction treatment. At The Ranch, our dedicated nursing team plays a vital role in delivering comprehensive clinical care to residential patients, both at admission and throughout their recovery journey.
Essential Functions:The Program Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the delivery of our integrative medicine program. This role combines clinical coordination, patient education, and coaching responsibilities to ensure a seamless patient experience and promote whole-person wellness.
The coordinator will manage lab logistics, facilitate educational groups for patients and families, support the medical team with lab preparation, and serve as a patient ambassador, empowering patients to engage actively in their care.
Key Responsibilities:Clinical Coordination & Lab Support
- Coordinate, schedule, and oversee all laboratory draws for program patients
- Perform blood draws/phlebotomy as needed (if certified)
- Prepare, track, and organize lab results for physician review
- Maintain accurate, confidential patient records and documentation
- Facilitate educational and wellness-focused group sessions for patients
- Conduct family educational groups to help families understand treatment approaches and support strategies
- Provide 1:1 coaching to patients on lifestyle, nutrition, and behavioral health strategies aligned with their care plans
- Reinforce physician recommendations and monitor patient progress
- Act as a patient ambassador, welcoming new patients, orienting them to the program, and fostering engagement
- Serve as a key point of contact for patient questions, concerns, and care coordination needs
- Promote a supportive, compassionate, and positive environment that encourages patient participation
- Collaborate closely with the clinical and administrative team to improve program efficiency and patient outcomes
- Contribute to the development of patient education materials and wellness resources

Education & Licensure
- Current Texas RN or LVN licensure, preferred
- Proficient in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
- Over 2 years of managerial experience in addiction, recovery, or behavioral health.
- Experience facilitating group education or wellness programs
- Strong communication and motivational coaching skills
- Exceptional organizational and coordination abilities
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
Skills:
- Effective communication across all levels, including management, staff, and patients, using both written and verbal skills
- Exceptional customer service abilities, including active listening and patient-centered care
- Proficiency in computer applications, including data entry, word processing, Microsoft Outlook, and Excel
- Strong critical thinking and decisive judgment skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
