SummaryPCR seeks an experienced Research Rater who will be responsible for administering cognitive and clinical assessments. Raters are responsible for managing the psychometric aspects of clinical trials, following study‑specific protocol requirements and communicating with clinical staff, study sponsors and participants. The results of which determine participant eligibility, primary clinical trial endpoints, and contribute to the development of innovative and life‑changing medical treatments.
Dutiesand Responsibilities
- Administer and score psychometric scales.
- Maintain accurate documentation and communication to ensure protocol compliance, data integrity and participant safety.
- Always maintain participant and document confidentiality.
- Master’s degree (or PhD) required, or 6+ years of psychometric or clinical research experience – preferably in psychology, mental health, counseling or related field.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- Experience with cognitive assessments primarily in adults/geriatrics.
- Excellent documentation, computer and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstration of organizational and communication skills.
- Willingness to comply with company policies, code of ethics and guiding values.
- Strong critical thinking skills, detail‑oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to work independently in a supportive work environment with a patient‑first approach, focusing on compassion, empathy and connection between the PCR staff, participants and study partners.

- The position supports two Dallas locations, with some travel between the two sites.
