The Inpatient Palliative Care Advanced Practice Provider (APP) provides expert, compassionate, and patient-centered palliative care to hospitalized patients with serious illness at Parkland Health. Working as an integral member of a multidisciplinary consult team, the APP delivers high-quality symptom management, goals-of-care discussions, advance care planning, and psychosocial support for patients and families across medical, surgical, and intensive care settings.
This role emphasizes collaborative practice, health equity, and care for medically and socially complex populations in a large urban safety-net hospital.
