We are seeking SLPs who are flexible to go anywhere to our affiliates in 17 states:
Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Washington, California, Idaho, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, Oregon, Texas, Wisconsin, South Carolina, and Tennessee.

You will be part of Thera Trooper, Inc., an Ensign affiliated company, and part of a group of independently operated skilled nursing facilities with long-term care, post-acute rehab, and outpatient therapy. Find out more at .
Duties- Effectively screen/evaluate patients within short-term and long-term rehab and opportunity for outpatient.
- Utilize standardized assessments and evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
- Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients within short and long-term settings.
- Administer a wide variety of interventions as part of the plan of care based upon individual patient needs.
- Assess patient’s progress and adjust treatments accordingly in the clinical record per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
- Provide consultation and counseling to patients, as well as families, caregivers and other service providers related to the physical disorders.
- Effectively communicate with the One Clinical Team regarding patient progress and barriers.
- Provide comprehensive discharge summary of services provided per regulatory and clinical requirements.
