Job Summary and Qualifications Finance Coordinator – Medical Office Specialist

We are seeking a Finance Coordinator to join our team. This role provides essential clerical and administrative support to the Finance Team in the Division Office. We are a collaborative and dedicated team that values supporting one another, and we’re looking for a phenomenal addition who is equally passionate about meaningful patient care. Location:

This position is based in our North Texas Division Galleria office located in Dallas, TX.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Receive physician timesheets and submit for payment through the OnBase system.
  • Review contract language and follow up with practices and hospital contacts.
  • Conduct monthly audits on physician payments and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist in provider onboarding processes.
  • Perform additional data entry or administrative tasks as needed to support the evolving needs of the Finance department.
  • Adhere to all Physician Services policies and procedures, including the Code of Conduct and Mission and Value Statement.
Experience:

Less than one year of experience required; one to three years of experience preferred.

Microsoft Excel experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Proficient with basic office equipment including copier, fax machine, and computer.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Strong comprehension, organization, and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of physician, patient and employee information.
