UHNWI Traveling Nurse & Companion

We are seeking an experienced, full-time Private Duty Traveling Nurse & Companion to join a dedicated support team for an UHNWI recovering from a stroke (2016). This role requires a professional who can provide comprehensive care beyond traditional caregiving, ensuring both medical support and meaningful companionship. The client has limited use of her right arm, requires mobility assistance, and experiences aphasia.

Candidates with prior experience supporting clients with these conditions are strongly preferred.

• Schedule: 12-hr daily shifts.
• Location: Based in Dallas, TX with extensive travel (85%+), including frequent domestic travel and at least five international trips annually.

• Mobility assistance.
• Meal preparation.
• Companionship and social engagement.
• Errands and shopping.

• The ability to provide emotional support and meaningful companionship.
• Prior experience working with families who travel frequently and attend formal or social events.

• Proven experience in private duty care, with a background in both domestic and international travel.
• Comfort working in team-based care environments, with the ability to learn established preferences and routines.
• Fully vaccinated (COVID-19 and otherwise up to date per CDC recommendations).
• Valid U.S. Passport.
• Valid Driver’s License.
