Texas Vascular Associates is seeking dedicated and professional Front Office Admin to join our team in Irving and Dallas. In this vital front-line role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, helping to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience while supporting our providers and administrative team.

• Greet and assist patients during check-in and check-out
• Schedule and confirm appointments, including post-op and follow-ups
• Answer incoming calls, communicate clearly with patients, providers, and staff
• Monitor and distribute incoming faxes (e.g., referrals, imaging reports)
• Perform accurate data entry and help maintain current patient records

• Must have medical office experience
• Must have Epic experience
