Galvanize Therapeutics is a biomedical platform company operating at the convergence of engineering, biology, and healthcare delivery, aiming to deliver life‑changing solutions to patients and their doctors. We design and develop Pulsed Electric Field Systems to achieve meaningful and lasting therapeutic outcomes for patients.
The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) serves as a critical clinical and scientific bridge between Galvanize Tx and the physician community, serving as a subject matter expert resource for clinical procedures, customer training and education, clinical trial support and study execution. The MSL is responsible for messaging relevant information to customers and building relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs). This customer‑facing role requires a deep understanding of Galvanize products, oncology, clinical and pre‑clinical data, and procedural treatment planning.
KeyRequirements Education and Training
- Bachelor’s degree in biology, engineering, or other medical‑related discipline
- Knowledge of oncology therapeutic area preferred
- Strong working knowledge of FDA regulations, ICH Guidelines, GCP, ISO 14155, and current industry practices related to the conduct of clinical trials
- 5+ years of experience in the medical device field
- 5+ years of experience proctoring medical procedures
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate complex scientific concepts to physicians
- Strong interpersonal communication (written and verbal), organizational and prioritization skills
- Able to work effectively under a fast‑paced and changing environment
- Able to work autonomously with strong work ethic
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including MS Project (or equivalent), with technical abilities to become proficient quickly with numerous other software applications
- Detail oriented, with good organizational and time management skills
- Complete projects with high quality and minimal guidance
- Able to handle a moderate volume of highly complex tasks within a given timeline
Ability to travel up to 70% (domestically), some weekend travel is expected.
This role pays between $165,000 and $180,000 per year, and your actual base pay will depend on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
