Overview

Interventional Radiology Technologist – Baylor University Medical Center, Dallas, Texas. 10 hour shifts, FT days, 7‑8 on call per month. $15k sign‑on bonus for external applicants.

• Perform IR procedures according to protocol, maintain production and quality.
• Use AIDET to communicate with patients and families.
• Prepare patient and equipment, maintain sterile technique.
• Ensure safety, infection control, radiation policies.
• Maintain equipment, report issues, assist with supplies inventory.
• Document all relevant data, maintain records, screen personnel.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited program.
• IR technologist experience; preference for busy lab; neuro and trauma preferred.
• BLS within 30 days of hire.
• ARRT‑R Radiography required; licensed by Texas Medical Board as MRT.
• Within two years of hire, ARRT‑CI, ARRT‑VI, or ARRT‑CV certification required.
