• Lead TSOC strategy, programming, and engagement with participating health systems.
• Design and oversee network programs focused on research, patient access, and outcomes improvement.
• Translate network insights into fundable, repeatable programs that create measurable impact.
• Serve as a liaison between health system, life sciences, and product teams to align priorities and enable execution.
• Represent Loopback as a clinical and strategic leader in external forums and partner meetings.

• Advanced clinical degree (Pharm
  
  D strongly preferred) and 8+ years of experience in health-system, life-sciences, or research partnership leadership.
• Expertise in health-system specialty pharmacy and manufacturer collaboration.
• Proven success leading multi-stakeholder research or outcomes programs.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.

Travel expectation less than 15%.
