Position: Neurology Account Specialist - (Dallas, TX) (Field based)

Neurology Account Specialist - (Dallas, TX) (Field based)

Join Eisai US and help drive innovative therapies in neurology and oncology. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to support a key product launch in Alzheimer’s disease for mild cognitive impairment.

Responsibilities
  • Generate demand and execute sales strategies within the assigned geography, conveying complex clinical information to HCPs.
  • Develop, maintain, and implement strategic key‑account plans.
  • Communicate patient pathways and treatment solutions to customers, ensuring clear education on the therapeutic journey.
  • Manage business opportunities and challenges with healthcare professionals in the assigned area.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to support formulary decisions within hospitals and healthcare systems.
  • Analyze account dynamics, stakeholder mapping, referral processes, access issues, and patient pathways.
  • Build and sustain trusted relationships with hospital systems and key customers in the Alzheimer’s marketplace.
  • Seek mentorship and continuously develop core sales skills.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in a relevant sector (infusion, diagnostic, biologic, medical device, buy & bill, specialty pharmacy, rare disease, or neurology). Neurology experience preferred.
  • Experience with the U.S. healthcare delivery system, market access, and reimbursement landscapes, especially within local markets and healthcare systems.
  • Strong background in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or biologics, with understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate matrixed teams, working collaboratively across functions and external partners.
  • Proven track record in building and executing business plans, driving growth, and establishing strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and customer focus skills.
Salary & Benefits

Base salary range: $127,400–$167,300. Eligible for Eisai Inc. Sales Incentive Plan. Additional benefits include health, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
