Nuclear Medicine Specialist—PRN Days at Texas Health Resources
WORK LOCATIONTexas Health Dallas, 8200 Walnut Hill Ln, Dallas, TX 75231
WORK SCHEDULEPRN as needed;
Day Shift
- Fast‑paced, high‑volume department serving Level 1 Trauma, ED, outpatients, and inpatients.
- Involvement in multiple imaging modalities including CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, X‑ray, and Ultrasound.
- Robust Unit Based Council (UBC) and engaged leadership team.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Radiologic Technology or Nuclear Medicine.
- Associate Degree preferred.
- 2 years of Nuclear Medicine experience preferred.
- ARRT – American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Nuclear Medicine certification upon hire required OR
- CNMT – Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist by NMTCB upon hire required AND
- CMRT – Certified Medical Radiologic Technologist either by the TDH or TMB upon hire required AND
- BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly.
- Maintain a high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and the ability to function in a fast‑paced environment.
- Engage in mutual problem solving to help patients and families understand and manage their health.
- Participate in teamwork with the ethos “Individuals caring for individuals, together.”
- Contribute to shared decision making.
