• Minimum of 5 years experience in phlebotomy, venipuncture, and specimen collection. Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Knowledge of lab tests and requisition procedures.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and professional.
• Strong organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with Quest, Lab Corp, CPL preferred.
• Experience with drug, alcohol, hair, & saliva screens (DOT & NON DOT).

• Collect and prepare specimens for lab analysis.
• Label tubes correctly and complete requisition forms.
• Monitor lab equipment and manage inventory.
• Perform data entry accurately and timely.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Manage communications via phone and email.
• Send and receive lab reports.

Obtain blood samples via venipuncture and capillary collection, ensuring patient comfort and specimen integrity. Follow lab procedures for collection, labeling, and handling. Identify patients properly and use correct tubes and containers. Follow safety and quality guidelines.

Applicants must submit a resume and cover letter, and pass pre-employment drug testing, background, and reference checks. A minimum of five years of experience is required.

Friday 8:00AM-6:00PM and Saturday 9:00AM-1:00PM. No walk-ins or phone inquiries accepted.

Salary: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour.
