As a Spray Tan Technician at Glow Job Dallas, you’ll greet every client with a bubbly, warm, and welcoming personality, delivering an elevated experience from start to finish. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, connecting with clients while managing your appointments efficiently.

You’ll also handle small but essential tasks—keeping your space organized, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with check-ins and check-outs—so everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Most importantly, you’ll do what you love:
making clients feel confident, radiant, and cared for, all while working alongside a tight-knit, supportive team.

We have an extensive paid training program so tanning experience is a plus, but not required.

• Spray tan technicians must be at least 18 years of age
• Spray tanning experience is a plus, but not required
• excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
• Ability to work an evening shift/ and or a weekend shift
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to an elevated, high quality service
• Reliable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Provide professional spray tanning services in a clean and welcoming environment
• Greet + check in/check out our clients
• learn + maintain expert level knowledge of spray tanning technique and education.
• Assess clients needs and skin tone to recommend the best solution for their skin
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tanning area and equipment
• Educate clients on proper prep and aftercare to prolong the like of their tan
• Answer clients questions about products, solutions and skin concerns
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business
• Check in with client
• Learn and become proficient in our booking + processing system
