• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure all clients feel welcomed.
• Communicate effectively to ensure client satisfaction.
• Perform hair, beard cutting, trimming, and styling, plus massages, color services, shaving, waxing, and other services as needed.
• Use the POS system accurately and add client notes.
• Assist with marketing and sales by educating clients on products, services, and promotions.
• Work cohesively with the salon team to achieve performance goals.

• Valid Texas cosmetologist or barber license.
• Superior client service and communication skills.
• At least one year of salon or barbershop experience.
• Proficiency in men’s grooming, especially haircuts and beard care.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
