Reporting directly to the COO and serving on the senior leadership team, the VP Controller partners closely with executive leadership, the Board of Directors, investors, and lenders. You will oversee all aspects ofFP&A, accounting, controllership, forecasting, reporting, systems, cash management, compliance, and financial operations.

Responsibilities- Lead the company’s global financial strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, long‑range planning, and full P&L ownership.
- Deliver accurate, compelling financial insights and presentations for executives, the Board, investors, and lenders.
- Oversee cash flow forecasting, scenario planning, and performance modeling to guide strategic and operational decisions.
- Define, monitor, and drive key SaaS metrics and operational KPIs that promote visibility and accountability across the business.
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Data teams to support pricing, investments, and strategic initiatives.
- Lead all accounting and controllership activities, including daily operations, GAAP compliance, audits, tax oversight, and monthly/quarterly/annual close.
- Manage, mentor, and scale a high‑performing finance and accounting team focused on excellence and continuous improvement.
- Optimize Net Suite and related financial systems, leveraging automation and AI to streamline processes and accelerate the financial close.
- Strengthen internal controls and implement scalable, PE‑aligned processes that meet public‑company‑quality standards.
- Support M&A diligence, integration activities, and enterprise‑wide scaling efforts.
- Experience in the SAAS industry or in technology‑driven environments is highly advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA designation preferred
- 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience across FP&A and accounting
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
- SaaS or technology industry experience required
- Advanced financial modeling capabilities
- High proficiency in Excel and Power Point
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills
- Must be based in the United States and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Proficiency in Financial Planning and expertise in creating and managing financial strategies
- Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and drive decision‑making processes
- Experience with preparing, analyzing, and managing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Comprehensive knowledge of Finance principles and practices
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Base Salary Range is $250,000 to $300,000. No Bonus + Equity
