Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

We are partnering with a growing technology and software company seeking an FP&A Manager to join their finance team. This role will play a key part in supporting financial planning, forecasting, strategic analysis, and business decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring a strong analytical mindset and experience working in a fast-growing environment, ideally within a private equity-backed portfolio company.

• Lead the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial planning
• Build and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, growth planning, and scenario analysis
• Partner with senior leadership to provide insightful financial analysis and KPI reporting
• Analyze financial performance and identify drivers of revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency
• Prepare board and investor reporting packages and support executive presentations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, and product teams to evaluate financial impact of business decisions
• Improve financial reporting processes and systems, including Net Suite reporting and dashboards
• Support strategic initiatives including M&A analysis, capital allocation, and growth planning

• 5–8 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, private equity, or a combination of both
• Experience with in the technology or software industry
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to senior leadership
