Job Title: Fund Finance & Operations Senior Associate
My client is a world leading, tier 1 alternative investment firm who are seeing significant growth and continue to past exceptional financial results, including substantial AUM growth.
This is a role that straddles deal teams, investment teams, and finance and operations - you will have exposure to various leadership stakeholders, and partner closely with cross-functional teams.

NB: Ideally, they are looking for someone with financial modeling experience!
Overview:The Fund Finance Operations team is responsible for the operations, accounting, and reporting activities across the firm’s fund platform. This group acts as a key liaison between executive leadership, deal teams, fundraising, legal, and accounting functions to ensure seamless management of cash, credit, investments, and limited partner activity.
This is a highly visible role offering exposure to senior leadership and the full lifecycle of fund operations.
Key Responsibilities Fund Operations & Cash Management- Coordinate funding of domestic and international investments
- Execute capital distributions and manage investor capital calls
- Plan and manage cash levels across complex fund structures, including reserves forecasting
- Support fund forecast modeling for carried interest and management fee revenue
- Partner with deal teams on all components of investment funding, including:
- Funds flows and cash sourcing
- Tax structuring and FX considerations
- Share custody and settlement logistics
- Perform ad hoc analysis for deal Partners and Vice Presidents
- Manage all aspects of fund-level credit facilities, including:
- Borrowing requests
- Capital calls for repayment
- Weekly reporting requirements
- Review and support external reporting, including:
- Quarterly investor letters
- Investment memos
- Capital call notices
- Partner with Fundraising and Legal teams to raise, close, and establish reporting infrastructure for new funds
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
- 3–4 years of relevant finance experience
- CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred
Skills:
- Strong financial analytics, modeling, and data interpretation skills
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
