• Lead enterprise financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting cycles
• Develop advanced financial models, reporting frameworks, and KPI dashboards
• Guide strategic analysis, scenario planning, and resource allocation decisions
• Prepare and present financial outlooks and recommendations to executive leadership and the Board
• Oversee FP&A reporting systems, automation initiatives, and analytics tools
• Monitor organizational cash flow, liquidity, and debt management
• Lead and develop the FP&A team while strengthening performance reporting across the organization

• Expertise presenting financial insights directly to Board members
• Experience implementing or optimizing Workiva for financial reporting
• Ability to lead enterprise KPI governance and performance review frameworks
• Background in capital structure, liquidity strategy, and debt oversight
