Are you a current Junior or Senior in college that is seeking a SPRING 2026 Internship with a Finance or Business focus
? If so, then look no more! Republic Finance is seeking Interns for our Branch Operations program!

As a Branch Ops Intern you will have the opportunity to learn the daily functions and operations of a branch as well as learn about the broader organization and the various career opportunities we offer. You will interact with team members and leaders to gain real-world experience by working alongside our team to learn about many aspects of the day-to-day operations of a branch as well as the overall business including: the Republic Way sales and customer service approach, compliance training, loan closing, leadership training as well as one or more branch operations continuous improvement projects involving various other departments of the company.

We will provide you with hands on experience and will expose you to the career paths we offer and familiarize you with our ongoing company initiatives. Our goal is not only to expand on the core concepts introduced throughout your college classes but to introduce you to a bright future and a long‑term career path with Republic Finance!

We pay our Branch Operations Interns $15.00 per hour with the goal of offering full-time employment upon successful completion of the program to start post graduation!
