** Senior Financial Analyst
** The
** Senior Financial Analyst
** will report to the Head of Finance and work closely with the CFO, Head of M&A and Controller to support strategic finance, FP&A, M&A initiatives, and daily financial operations. This role is a key contributor to the organization’s financial strategy, analysis, and reporting functions, helping drive informed decision-making across all business areas.

* Core Responsibilities:

*** Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports and dashboards to support executive leadership and operational teams.
* Conduct financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities, including forecasting, variance analysis, and performance tracking against key metrics.
* Develop and maintain detailed financial models, including those for debt compliance, scenario planning, and cash flow forecasting.
* Perform ad-hoc sponsor and investor financial analyses to support funding, investment, and transaction-related activities.
** Collaboration and Business Partnering:
*** Build and maintain strong relationships with department heads and executive sponsors to facilitate budget compilation, review, and variance analysis.
* Partner with cross-functional leaders to provide insights and recommendations that improve financial performance and resource allocation.
** Systems and Process Improvement:
*** Lead and support the near-term implementation of an Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system to enhance financial reporting, forecasting, and analytics capabilities.
* Identify and drive opportunities to streamline financial processes, strengthen internal controls, and improve data accuracy and visibility.
