International Tax Manager

Unity Search is proud to partner with a well‑known public company in Dallas as they expand their Tax Reporting & Compliance team. If you’re an experienced international tax professional looking for a high‑visibility role with exceptional benefits, this could be the perfect next step.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the Senior Director of Tax Reporting & Compliance and collaborate regularly with accounting, legal, finance, treasury, and other tax specialty groups. You’ll take ownership of U.S. international tax provision components, non‑U.S. income tax provisions and compliance, and U.S. international tax compliance.

• 6+ years in public accounting and/or a multinational corporation
• A CPA or J.D. (Master’s in Tax preferred)
• Strong critical‑thinking skills and the ability to evaluate complex tax issues
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
• Experience with One Source Tax Provision
