Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Financial Advisor role based in Dallas, TX. The Financial Advisor will work closely with clients to understand their financial goals and develop tailored solutions to help secure their financial future. Daily responsibilities include creating and implementing financial, retirement, and investment plans, providing expert financial advice, and building long-term client relationships. This role focuses on entrepreneurship, utilizing a holistic approach to financial planning while making a meaningful impact in the lives of clients through thoughtful strategies and guidance.

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge and skills in Financial Planning, Retirement Planning, and Investments
  • Proficiency and experience in Finance and Financial Advisory roles
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Proactive problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Motivated self-starter with a desire to make a meaningful impact on clients' financial security
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred
  • Relevant certifications such as CFP®, ChFC®, or CFA® are a bonus but not required
